The idverde UK Performance Campus is committed to offering our employees the best possible training and personal development to help them succeed with their chosen career path.

We are proud advocates in supporting our people in their development, through the idverde Performance Campus. We have a suite of interventions and sponsorship programmes, ranging from apprenticeships, informal coaching and mentoring, line manager training on topics including Absence Management, professional qualifications such as ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) and bespoke management development programmes for managers at all stages in their careers. This develops and strengthens the capability of our people within the business.

Our commitment to training and development

We have developed a strategy of ‘growing our own’. This strategy is adopted for all levels of supervisory, management and leadership roles. We also sponsor employees who have the desire for self-development through gaining relevant qualifications. It is our approach to provide further education or skills training to all employees where appropriate and to actively encourage participation in these learning and development activities.
